Took my money. Canceled my order because they don’t deliver to the address provided. (Granted the address was 20 minutes away from their location). Yelled at me on the phone claiming “she’s not in control of what the website allows”. Nowhere on their website does it say they don’t deliver 20 minutes away. It’s the only flower shop within a 30 minute radius of the delivery location.
Done job and really good service
Avoid this shop!! I pre-ordered on their site for Valentine’s Day delivery, and they called me up the morning of stating that they needed to charge me $30 more than their website stated. Bait and switch! They claim that they don’t set the prices on their website, but how is that even possible? It’s YOUR website and YOUR business. Advertise your pricing accurately.
Such a great spot for beautiful flowers and thoughtful gifts! Very sweet ladies who will help you create exactly what you need and within whatever budget. I saw many cute and fun gifts, from plush stuffed animals to beautiful ornaments to thoughtful plaques to mark the passing of a beloved pet. A must stop shop in Huntsville!
Living out of state, I placed an online order for delivery there in Hunstville. Within minutes of placing my order & paying, I received emails saying my order was canceled & monies refunded. What? If you're out of the type of flowers ordered, then call & offer solutions. Don't cancel without even speaking to your customer! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
