Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Great Doctor, would highly recommend. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I give them two thumbs way up for their advanced and sophisticated equipment. They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions
