When other companies came out to fix my ac issues at my building and quoted me to replace the whole unit brasch came out and fixed the issues. A 400 dollar fix instead of 8,000 dollars to replace. Thank you
For 2 yrs in a row I have paid for a service agreement for my furnace. Both times I have had to contact them about it. 1st time winter was almost over by the time it was taken care of. This time, after numerous attempts to have it done & also requesting an invoice for having my air repaired & paying for ageement, I finally ask for a refund. Called a month after installation and every year after, most of the time he was not responsive. Once the warranty ran out, he stated it wasn’t his fault that he never answered, that he is one person with thousands of customers. Very unprofessional, use a real company with more than one employee.
