I would give this place a 5 for luxury, cleanliness, amenities, etc. The overall customer service in all the facilities was mostly great. Very prompt. One of the many perks of going to these kind of places in the slow season. Almost every cabin seemed vacant. I don't know what's happening. Our fees continue to increase but services continues to decline. We flew in for Presidents' Day weekend (very expensive flights) and planned a whole day around a "warm" Sunday so our kids could have a pool day for the very short 12-2 period they actually decide to staff the water slide. Of course, it's closed. Lifeguard didn't show. It boggles the mind how this resort continues to be mismanaged and understaffed, even during big holiday weekends. Brasada Ranch is my favorite resort I’ve ever been to, and there is many reasons why. Location: Brasada Ranch is located in Central Oregon’s high desert, which, in my opinion is the most beautiful place in the state. It’s close to towns like Bend, Redmond, Prineville, Sunriver and Powell Butte. Bend is know for outdoor activities from walking around the city, running, river activities and biking.
