The service was very very slowly, the waitress was very disoriented….
We had such a great experience at Brasa! Everything was delicious, but what really made our visit special was our server, Nataly. She was so sweet, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down. She checked on us throughout the meal without ever being overwhelming, and she made sure we had everything we needed. I chose Brasa Steakhouse on Canal Street for my 26th birthday dinner, and unfortunately, the service put a huge damper on what should have been a special night. From the beginning, our server, Natalie, came across as very standoffish and not particularly welcoming.
