I had never had any problems with this office until today. This is my third pregnancy, and my appointment on June 30, 2026 went smoothly. Before I left, the staff member at the second desk in the back (I unfortunately didn’t get her name) rescheduled me for July 14, 2026. I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your facility. I was very disappointed with the service, as the wait time was excessively long. At the time of my visit, there were only 3 patients waiting, yet there were 6 nurses on duty. Given the staffing ratio, the delay in receiving care was unreasonable. I hope you will look into this matter to improve your efficiency and service for future patients. Sincerely,

Very unprofessional. Walked in no greeting or communication for the id an insurance card. Had appointment at 10 & not being seen hour later.

The employees here are not nice and their communication skills are horrible it's their Job to keep track of our baby growing inside our stomach and make sure that everything is going properly. The ladies dont tell anything that's going on, turn ultrasound Or communicate what they're doing they dont help you off the table or give you a second to get your things. I do not recommend this place at all.
