La verdad hemos venido aqui unas 20 veces mi esposa y yo y nunca jamas nos atienden en el horario programado me hacen perder horas en mi trabajo si te programan a las 8 te atienden a las 11 o sea hasta tres horas despues no se porque no se saben organizar eso si te estan llamando no olvide su cita de mañana a tal hora favor de llegar a tiempo por favor si pueden buscar servicio en itro lugar haganlo me lo van a agradecer. Honestly, everybody that works there feels extremely entitled and like they know everything because they went to school for a few months. They need to understand that they are working with pregnant women. He will call and reschedule your appointment a few days before. They will lie and say that your doctor didn’t send information that you know for a fact that they did. They push medicine and push surgery on you because they make more money that way they will tell you to come in on days that they are actually closed. It’s not... read more
The young lady in the front is not welcoming at all. Just looks at you up and down while you sign in/walk in. Doesn’t even acknowledge you. The techs are sweet, while measuring baby etc, but a little help up from the table/bed would be nice especially at 34 weeks pregnant or more. The older lady that helps you re schedule for another appointment is sweet, thank God I dnt have to reschedule or talk to the lady in the front to reschedule. She just looks miserable.
They do not respect your time, my appointment was at 9am and I was not seen until 11am.
I had never had any problems with this office until today. This is my third pregnancy, and my appointment on June 30, 2026 went smoothly. Before I left, the staff member at the second desk in the back (I unfortunately didn’t get her name) rescheduled me for July 14, 2026. When I arrived for my appointment today, the receptionist at the front desk told me I wasn’t on the schedule. I was then called to the back to speak with the same staff member who had scheduled me.
