“I visited the salon at 7:25 pm while their closing time is 8:00 pm. I only asked for threading, which usually takes 5–10 minutes, but the staff refused to provide the service saying she had to leave because her husband was coming to pick her up. This has happened to me multiple times at this salon, and it’s very disappointing. If the salon posts closing hours until 8:00 pm, customers should be able to get service until then. Very dissatisfied with the experience.”
I had a wonderful experience at this salon! The staff is very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. Tariq Hussain did an excellent job with my haircut — he was professional, attentive, and made sure I was happy with the result. I’m really pleased with the way my hair turned out. Highly recommend this place!
