Made an appointment with them, they were booked out till the end of the month. I asked if I could drop it off early and they said yes. No storage fees at all. They got my youth side by side Polaris fixed for cheep where others had failed and they did it ten days earlier than my appointment! Very thorough with what they do. My only tip to other customers is to check the link they send you via text regularly to see repair status. I will absolutely be using them from now on and recommend them to anyone who asks!
I needed an air filter for my 40 year old Honda ATV. I was not able to find what I needed. I stopped in to BRAP and James helped me find a filter that would work. I really appreciated that he took the time to work through the process. I definitely will be using them for any more parts or repairs.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Quick turnaround time and the cost was in line with the work done. Will be using them for more atv repairs.
Took to long to diagnose a small problem. Take it in for carb problems so they tune them. They say it works great. When they maid it worse. I had to pay for a diagnose when I brought it back for them still not able to find it. They call a specialist from yamaha to come take a look just to tell them the carbs need a rebuild. So then I got to pay more money and wait longer mind you this is going on month number 3 now 1,000 laiter. For a carb rebuild
