The GP’s at this clinic are amazing… however they are being let down dramatically by the new owners, putting in a call center to take bookings.1) I have never had to try multiple times to get to speak to reception until the cost cutting method was put in place…2) the time I spoke to the call center to book they didn’t know what they were booking me for, I was booked in for a “rod removal” then they rang me back to say quote “like a metal rod for a break?” 3) they cannot book you in for emergency appointments and have no unde... read more
Dr Liu is a caring and empathetic doctor who listens, has great interest in the welfare of her patients and in whom I have great trust. If possible I would have given her more than five stars.
Dr Sharon Liu was so caring and lovely. Reception were warm and welcoming. I'm so happy to find such a lovely practice close by, and relieved they are taking new patients again.
It’s truly a shame that the receptionists here ruin the truly amazing doctors. I cannot fault a single thing about the doctors here, however, the reception is diabolical. They are extremely rude, act like you are an inconvenience to them, and do not listen to what you have to say at all. Obviously it’s a dull job, however, YOU chose to apply for this role and accept so simply do better to not ruin the practice for the hardworking doctors!!
