What a great experience. I had been trying to get my car fixed with a few different mechanics and black creek was the only one that could follow through. They made the whole experience seemless and even offered to pick me up when my car was ready. There are a few things that needed to be done and we priortised the main items and went on from there. They now call me by my name whenever I call. Great local mechanic.

Drove my pride and joy car there for a Simple head gasket replacement because of a leak was told it would cost $3000 at the (most) Car was sitting there for close to a month with the head off it and get a email with a price of $4700 just in parts, When I went there to check on my car before receiving the email for the price on parts they hit me for a deposit So I gave them $500 they still didn't tell me how much it would cost...
