Unfortunately, you need to give one star to post a review. One star is too high. After Brantwood replaced the pads and rotors on my 2011 Mercedes station wagon’s brakes, I noticed that the hood latch on my car was dangling underneath my driver’s side dashboard. When I took it back, the only thing they did to “fix” it, was to shove the mechanism back up into from it was dangling. They NEVER repaired it!
