This complex is very well kept; when things break they are immediately repaired. All common grounds are in immaculate shape which helps to retain the value of the condo. As of 2023, the HOA fee is still pretty good. The Bad: This place is not family friendly. There are more space to walk dogs than for kids to play. I had to contact the local police due to some older neighbors harassing kids because they were playing in the sandpit (the only place for them to play). Beautiful grounds
I had several problems while trying to tour this location. The first one being the gate code NEVER worked. I was honked, screamed and cursed at by people behind me trying to get in. The second one being, the poles on the covered parking isn't spaced enough and it scraped my car, and it will cost me a lot to get it fixed. A brand NEW car mind you. It completely put me off to living at this location. I also think the cost versus value isn't there.
