Yet another problem today with our newly installed septic and guessing we will be charged another fee to come look and then to fix…everything is barely over a year old. Edit to add: paying for flagging we were not bothered by. Warranty or not we’ve had so many issues already which shouldn’t happen with a job well done. this was in fact the third time something has gone wrong. I've had nothing but problems with this place since I bought my new house 5 years ago. And every time someone comes out to help me, they tinker with the box and bill me a $150. And blame it on the worker that went out there before I highly recommend new day Septic to fix any of your septic problems.
I had a wet area in my septic field and worried about it for a long time. I called David Brantley & Sons. Preston came the next day, asked some questions and explained what could be happening. He quickly located the distribution box, corrected the misaligned end-cap-holes of the septic lines, and gave me a timeline of when the wet area should be drying out. He was so right! I was afraid we were going to have to replace the septic field and it was such a wonderful simple fix. Thank you for reading.
We had DBS come and check out a leak we had in our septic field. They sent a crew that day and they put up flags around the area and said they would put together a quote. We waited and never received one. After 2 weeks we contacted a different company to have the repairs done. About 3 months after this work was done we received a bill from DBS for their trip to look at our leak. I called and talked to them and they apologized for not following up but insisted we needed to pay the $133.44 for their trip. I am giving them 2 st... read more
