Very helpful and friendly
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! After a yearly service inspection, they told me my circulation pump was out. After asking for an invoice, I waited several weeks before they gave me a price. I then asked for an itemized invoice, which I never got. After waiting a couple more weeks, I agreed to the invoice expecting it to be an all day type of project. Three companies came to my house to check on my septic system. The first one: “Sorry ma’am. Your pump is dead. Your control panel is so old that they don’t make parts anymore. It’ll all need to be replaced. All in? $2500. The second one: “The pump is definitely dead. We can’t get power to the control panel and even if we could, it’s so corroded that it’ll have to be replaced regardless. It’ll be about $1800. DBS: “Out of the way peasants. They will go above and beyond to help you Awesome customer service. I had issues with the mortgage company to close with nonmajor issues with my septic tank. They were with me the whole way through. My only regret was I didn't find them earlier to perform my initial septic tank inspection! Highly recommend, good and fair pricing!
