The staff at Brantford Veterinary Clinic are truly phenomenal! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have really helped us navigate our dog Mavericks first year and now into his secound. Maverick is always excited to see everyone and its nice to see they are happy to see him too. They are a kind and helpful team who really helped with my dog related anxieties! Thank you BVC team!
We have been with the Brantford Vet clinic for several years now with our cats. They are always friendly, helpful, and look for the best interest of our cats. They make sure it is as stress-free and calm as possible for the animals. They answer all our questions and give different suggestions, always giving options. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
While I've always had generally good experiences here for the most part, the pricing seemed VERY high. I've also always felt pressured to get things I didn't need at this vet, which is why I typically avoid going. I called today to get some pricing, I didn't like the tone, it was elitist and judgmental. Clearly annoyed, and not what I'd call customer focused one bit. Dr. Seguin and the team at the Brantford Vet Clinic have been absolutely wonderful. Absolute pros at what they do, and obviously have so much concern and affection for the animals in their care. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
