I have been servicing my Toyota FJ at this dealer since 2009 and the customer service has always been very professional. Great customer service! Got a flat tire in the area and brought it in in the morning with no appointment. They were able to fit my vehicle into their busy schedule and have me back on the road in the afternoon.
We have had our cars serviced through Brantford Toyota for some time now. We have consistently been happy with their work and have come to trust their recommendations. I came in unexpectedly with a potential tire issue but also had a number of appointments scheduled for the day. Kate set me up with a loaner immediately and kept me informed on the tire leak. My experience with Brantford Toyota is that you get more than what you pay for. Although you pay dealership prices, the service department staff shows a genuine interest in serving the customer, getting it right, and leaving you feeling that they’re not after your money, while giving you good value.
