Unfortunately I found Val Petrella to be a dishonest person. We had an agreement in writing for me to do work on a biweekly basis for him and on the agreed upon second occurrence I found the work done by another company. No notice, no call, nothing. I let other work pass in order to take on the job. I would not do business with him again and would caution others against it as well.
