We were looking for a place that could accommodate my 95 year old mother who had not seen a optometrist in 30 to 40 year. The nice lady who took our initial call set the tone that this was the right place. She was very kind and explained how they can support her booking an appointment the following week. We just had the exam and they took all the time needed to assess her eyes. The technician was excellent with her as was the optometrist. Hey i came here for my dad's free eye check up which is covered by ohip but Dr S Khatur asked to get a proper eye check up for him as he is a diabetic patient . I wasn't sure as my dad simply asked for the free one but Dr S khatur is so nice that she convinced us to get the proper examination of his eyes because she wasn't feeling good as if she would not do her job properly and she did this for free for him . The doctor was awesome she explained everything she was doing and what it was for. The girl that helped me find glasses was so very helpful and found some great glasses for me, and I'm super happy with them and The girl that did the treatments for my eyes was so great she also explained everything she was doing and she was super gentle and I have to say after my first eye treatment my eyes felt so much better! I can’t speak highly enough of everyone here. I was diagnose with diabetes shortly after my first visit here. They had me all at up with new glasses and contacts and then my prescription changed what seemed like every couple of weeks until the new medication leveled out my blood sugars. They were so patient!!!
