What an incredible service and teamwork they have! I honestly feel like I’d love to work with them someday. My husband and I came here a few months ago to get our eyes prescriptions, and we came back today to order new sunglasses. Just wanted to give a big thank you to the eye doctor at Brantford Optical. I recommend them to any parent that has children needing an eye exam. Especially for children in the Autism community. I wish I caught the doctors full name. However Don will assist you when you call. She was so in sync with my child's behavioral needs. I didn't realize they could still test children that are non-verbal as well. Highly recommend !!!
Recently went to brantford optical, it was a very pleasant experience, the staff were very attentive and answered all questions and made you feel very comfortable with no pressure sales. I got a great pair of glasses and Don even offered to make my old glasses into a sunglass free of charge, now that's great service. I highly recommend Brant Optical, Thank you to an awesome staff
Got my kids eye glasses here. They got wide range of collection. Price is affordable. Staff is very knowledgeable, super friendly. This shop is kids friendly - they have some toys, coloring sheets etc to keep little ones engaged. Awesome place to shop for eye glasses. Highly recommend!
All the staff are awesome. Mr.don is especially kind, friendly, and amazing—he always has a smile on her face and is just perfect
