We had an excellent experience at our third trimester ultrasound appointment. The lady who did it was so kind, and my husband was allowed in the whole time (which hasn’t been the case at other clinics). They have a monitor so you can both watch what is happening and she explained what we were looking at. Overall 10/10 experience.
Had a great experience at my 11 week ultrasound with a female tech & and amazing one again at 21 weeks with John. This is our first pregnancy and we appreciated how friendly & thorough he was. He explained what we were looking at on the screen every step of the way & even printed off extra pictures for our parents without us asking. I highly recommend Brantford Medical Imaging for your ultrasound. I was anxious about where to go, and what to expect (I read reviews about other locations and asked several people for their opinion). From the initial call to schedule the appointment to the end of the ultrasound, I have no complaints. Had a wonderful experience here. My ultrasound tech was so nice and compassionate and walked me through everything that she was doing. Would highly recommend this place.
Had a fantastic ultrasound yesterday. I was extremely anxious and told the front office staff of my overactive bladder. They were considerate and took me in right away! The technician was fantastic and made me feel comfortable. Thank you for understanding my situation and still getting the job done! Thank you’
