I brought my vehicle with Brantford Hyundai. I just did my first oil change, and it came with a complimentary vacuuming, cute note and a candy. I am happy with my vehicle purchase and service. I highly recommend talking to the sales guy Chris. He appreciated that I wanted to look at the entire vehicle not just redirecting me back to its features like other saleman did. I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The service staff showed unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, making fun of my accent and treating me unfairly because of where I’m from. No customer should ever be made to feel uncomfortable or discriminated against. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training to prevent this kind of behavior in the future.
I won’t be returning to Brantford Hyundai as they don’t stand behind their work or support their loyal customers. 6 months ago my drivers side window stopped working. They replaced the motor in the door…an expensive fix. They called me to come and pick it up. I get in and it doesn’t work. So you don’t even check to see if you fixed the issue before returning it? Terrible service! New Tuscons have a serious design flaw! Service desk rep. was very rude and condescending to my wife on a number of occasions. Biggest issue is the fact that newer Tuscons have a design flaw where snow/ice can easily jam up the wipers in icy conditions. My wife was left stranded in 80 km/hr traffic during an ice storm (no other cars on the road experienced this issue).
