Rude customer service from oliana. Asked very politely. That the diagnostic of the car has already been done at another honda location, but that’s too far from me now. I have to come to brantford location. She said you are welcome to go back to that location. We can’t serve you for free at this location.
Please teach oliana how to do the customer service and how to speak with customer. Give her another 30 days to training sessions ,she is still lacking to serve customers.
