Well stocked store, well staffed and always eager to help. It has always been a pleasure shopping here.
This is a great place to get professional help it's way better than walking around a gigantic box store trying to find someone who can help you. What it mean like in selection it more than makes up for in customer service.
Condescending and mocking customer service. I purchased a power sprayer and ball bearing from one of the 2 sprayer head fell apart ( with the usual push forward and turn to disengage as per USUAL ) bother filling out a warranty. Store clerk thought it was quite amusing and insisted that I mishandled broke ? This sales person continued to smirk.
