Dr. Kaldas has always treated my health concerns with knowledge and kindness. I never have a problem getting an appointment and the staff are very friendly!
No respect for the Patient, all about money!!! Especially with prescriptions, renewal every 3 months. I have anxiety and makes it difficult for me. I talked to the doctor over the phone is reply was, I can do whatever I want

There’s no way to call and complain because she’s just going to answer (and I’m sure she knows she’s untouchable) but your staff member is incredibly rude and should not be working with people, especially vulnerable people. I called and said I had a question. Explained that my 2 year old had fallen on ice and bashed his head, before I even finished my question she starts barking at me that she’s not a medical provider, she’s just a receptionist.
