I purchased a 2020 jeep wrangler from them new. I noticed some rust spots which we repaired under warranty last winter. Doug told me the doors had to come off to be painted and when they re install them after a few weeks they won't close properly which happened. I also notice both of my door key holes were not working and one side it even pulls out. I contacted Doug and he said no problem bring it down and we will fix both issues. Extremely disappointing experience at an official Dodge dealership. I brought my truck in with one issue — an occasional low oil pressure warning. I expected proper diagnostics and professional service. Instead, there was no real inspection, no diagnostic report, and no effort to determine the cause. The only “solution” offered was to replace the engine, at a cost higher than the value of the truck. No repair options, no troubleshooting, no support programs — nothing. I returned after 10.5 years to buy another vehicle (a used Jeep) from Brantford Chrysler and their sales team didn't disappoint yet again. They were very friendly and not pushy at all. I had a small hick-up with my trade in vehicle and they kept to their word and still offered me the previously agreed upon price. I will most likely be going back again in the future some day to buy yet another vehicle from them.

Unfortunately I had a recall door locks on my caravan. I had one side repaired and needed the other side as well. My dad has advanced alsimers and needs 24h care I am currently on leave to meet his needs. Unfortunately the disruption to give up the vehicle for the repair has taken me just past the warranty extension. Zero wiggle room customer care did offer an extension but the dealership is able to refuse this and chose to or rather the reagonal manager over ruled the extension and refused my repair.
