The doctor and the lady at front are very good and helpful
He is the best doctor for my kids I will give him 10 start
Been there maybe 3-4 times with two of my kids. The Doc got the job done, but zero personality. I would think a child doctor would be, a little more attentive. Felt like he really didn’t care. It wouldn’t be a stretch to say, dismissive. Front receptionist was nice. From now on, I’ll only go there for trivial matters, quick doctors not etc.
Took my son there a month ago because he had a fever and vomiting. When we arrived, my son suddenly vomited on the floor, and the receptionist was not happy at all. She complained that it was not her job to clean it up and that I should have carried a plastic bag with me at all times. I did have a plastic bag with me, but it happened so fast I couldn't do anything. I apologized and told her I'd clean it up, but she said no. How many one star ratings can this office get before you get shut down? We took my baby in to be seen. We are applying for his health card but by ontario law as long as i have his citizenship he has the right to be seen by a doctor. The receptionist was incredibly rude and denied us access. Thank God I didn't give my name as to have this office publicly publish it like they have for so many others. Which clearly violates patient confidentiality and I think those people should file a formal complaint against the clinic. After... read more
