⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have had such a positive experience with this clinic and genuinely feel they deserve recognition for the care they provide. I was surprised to see some of the lower ratings because our family's experience has been consistently wonderful. Thankful for the thorough assessments we receive from the Paediatrician. We trust the physician’s opinion and he has helped us identify issues that have been missed by other physicians. We usually have short wait times and the front desk receptionist is always so kind.
We had a wonderful experience at this children’s clinic. The staff were very friendly, caring, and professional, and they made us and our child feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. We truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this clinic to other parents!
This is a very accessible clinic and the wait time is pretty good. The male African doctor is very knowledgeable, can seem a bit blunt at first but he takes the time out to teach me stuff and I answer questions and as new parents my spouse and I are very appreciative of that. Understanding cultural differences is also helpful in not taking offence and I am happy I did that because I like the team here!
