Very bad service Cheap products used in houses
Absolutely terrible customer service. It’s been over a year and we are still waiting for repairs with no communication
Worst home builder
Very bad experience with them. It’s been 5-6 months I have been following them via email so many times to finish the repairs that I mentioned in 30 days warranty option. But still waiting for their response. Bad customer service not responding on time. I have really hard time to get someone to fix the issues. Till today no one respond . I will not recommend them if you are looking for new pre construction house.
If there was an option to give a rating of zero, I would. This builder has been an absolute horrific nightmare! My sympathies are with anyone who invested in a Losani home and are going through a similar ordeal. Don’t walk, run from this builder!
