I brought my dog here twice and both experience’s were amazing. The staff is great and treated my nervous dog so well. We are very happy with the service we received!
Everyone at this emergency vet clinic was amazing, from start to finish. It started with my phone call — I spoke with Corrine, who was patient, kind, and caring. She eased my mind as much as possible and helped me feel more comfortable bringing my dog in so late at night. When I arrived, the receptionist, Iris, met me at the door before I even had to ring the bell — and it was well after 11 p.m. Her empathy meant a lot in such a stressful moment. Thank you to everyone on Staff yesterday for your compassion and patience with Duke and our family. You helped us greatly as we said goodbye to our beautiful boy.
Yesterday we had to make the terrible decision to put our beloved Juno down. Unfortunately our regular vet was closed, which brought us here. The staff were kind, considerate and very empathetic to our situation for just meeting us for the first time. They made a devastating situation bearable. I also saw how they interacted with a number of clients, and they were great. I would consider them again in the future for any of my animals needs. 😢
