I am very thankful for the kind and dedicated staff at Brant Norfolk! They were so patient with my fearful dog, very flexible in their approach with her, and very thorough in their investigation when she had a recent medical emergency. It spoke volumes to me that my dog was so cooperative with them. Their care is excellent.
Super friendly staff
VERY unprofessional and useless. I suggest they send their receptionist/ vet tech back to school. I would HIGHLY suggest going to Hamilton Emergency Vet. They are actually professional, useful and sympathetic.
