Brought my girl in tonight for urinary issues. She's a senior baby and I didn't feel comfortable waiting until tomorrow afternoon to get her into our regular vet. Right from my initial phone call to getting checked in, to getting seen and then paying when I left, everyone was just absolutely amazing. We were told it would be a really long wait due to emergency cases, but we were in and out in a little more than an hour and a half. PS Sorry for my girl being moody with you guys. That's the orange in her. Haha
One of those places that absolutely deserves 6 stars. Comforting to know that we have a clinic of this caliber available when you need it the most, but at the absolute worst time. Our Golden Retriever got very ill late on a Saturday night; we made the correct choice to seek immediate medical attention for him and are very glad we did. BNVC was professional and caring from our panicked initial call, to our follow up the the next morning with the attending vet from the previous evening. The staff here were wonderful, very respectful caring,understanding, and willing to go out of their way to help, Would recommend.
I came in for my fur baby Islay having bladder issues and every person I interacted with was fantastic. We had to come back in the middle of the night when Islay became worse . Dr Alyssa Libstug put us at ease in a stressful situation. This facility is super clean and they treat your pet like their own. Specifically Brianna and Leah were obvious cat lovers and I’m so grateful for all the care they provided. I was kept updated by photos and phone calls at each shift change. I’m proud this is my emergency vet .
Thank you to the terrific staff & Dr. Chelsea at Brandt Norfolk emergency hospital. You all went above and beyond for care, support and resolution for Boston. You not only support the animal within your care to the best quality you provided, You also supported myself, who was struggling to do the best for Him 💞 You helped myself through an unfortunate outcome. I will be forever grateful to all of you!
