I would not recommend this facility based on my personal experience. Before booking, I was told they had experience with MVA/HCAI claims. After my vision assessment, I paid $340 out of pocket, and staff were not familiar with HCAI requirements. I needed the OCF-18 submitted for my glasses. Weeks later, they attempted to charge almost $250 for the forms and requested direct billing, which does not align with Ontario regulations that state: 1. Paperwork fees should not exceed $200. 2.
