Got new bike from this store , they can even assemble it properly- it was shifting on its own since i bought it - they nice to u when u purchase it but they are nasty when u come to fix their mistakes- not recommended this store at all
Friendly staff, reasonable prices, very helpful!!!
Brought a bike in to fix a crank creak and a shifting issue specifically. They fixed those two things fine, but replaced some unrelated parts without seeking authorization first. It wasn't a lot of money, but I didn't like them doing work that I didn't ask for.
This was my first time dealing with Brant Cycle and I had a great experience. I called the store and spoke with Tim, who was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. The customer service was excellent, and Tim went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. Great guy and great service. I’ll definitely shop here again. Highly recommended!
