Received a speedy response from Beverly who helped me access my 40 year old immunization record...she worked a miracle in a pinch and found it! Thank you...ps- like all health care providers/organizations more staff would be welcome as they work hard and there's more work than people!!
I have called 7 times since they opened and no can’t get a message or call back. I left a message and nothing… can’t be that busy after I’ve been calling for an hour now.
Very bad reception staff… they don’t know nothing or they don’t want to help people in need. We called couple times and the receptionist just said she can’t help and disconnect the call without even asking if we have any other concerns. Need some educated staff who can patiently listen and give solutions to the inquiries.
