I recently was admitted to Brantford General for a total knee replacement. I had not been hospitalized since our last child was born 44 years ago. I was amazed at what a good experience I had. From the time I was admitted to day surgery, I was so well taken care of. All the staff from Day Surgery, Recovery and B5 were great- explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable and safe. I was very impressed! Keep up the great work!

I went there for trouble swallowing and had to do a contrast xray on my throat and guess what I swallow it and I felt like throwing up I said I needed a minute and he said “NOPE I can’t do it” and leaves not giving me a minute to talk then I asked her to call him back over here bc I need this done I’m so skinny. And can’t eat. And she called and he said “no” he won’t do it bc I needed a minute??? I’m 17 I shouldn’t have to worry about only eating soup.
