Susan Brant is highly professional and incredibly hard working. She handled every challenge with care and understanding during what was an emotional and stressful sale of my parents’ home after their passing. Susan made a very difficult time so much easier. Couldn’t recommend her more.
We had Susan evaluate our property. She unfortunately valued our property the lowest value out of the three agents we had around, therefore did not end up choosing her to sell our property. When a neighbour was interested in purchasing our property privately, we advised him of the higher valuations we received. He then phoned Susan as he had purchased from her before, and she told him the low valuation she had given us. Now my personal opinion is this was unethical, hence him putting in a lower offer.
