Always great to visit Brant Audiology. Dr Poulsen is great and incredibly thorough. And I don’t have to travel out of state for my Cochlear needs.
I've been going to Brant Audiology in both Casper and Cheyenne for many years. I've always found the staff to be extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful with whatever my needs, or questions. My cochlear implant has been a life changer as far as my hearing is concerned. Brant Audiology was responsible for the testing and making the arrangements for me to get that.
I had an outstanding experience at Brant Audiology! Dr. Poulsen was incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The staff was equally impressive—friendly, responsive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find such a high level of care and customer service in one place. Highly recommend Brant Audiology to anyone in need of expert hearing care!
