Boris took his time with me explaining every exercise so that I wouldn’t over exert my self causing injury. He is patient and has helped me with my back pain issues. I would recommend Boris 100%.

I came here to get help for a partial rotator cup tear and an arthritic knee. I did this via OHIP. The therapist was not good at all. Did not do any work on my shoulder and knee to check what I could do . Just gave sheets of exercises. The shoulder exercises set me back and I am now in pain all the time. The front desk ladies were pleasant (they got the star); the physio (Bibi) was not worth going to. Don’t waste your time with her.
