Very very bad surgery ! It is unrealistic to get appointment and there is not help what so ever with anything. British Army has requested medical record for my son from surgery , It was taking them so long to get that sorted . British Army wad informing me that they still didn't received the report and my son may be losing place for his course . When part of my prescription was unavailable last week and emergency request was put in for an alternative. Waited two days before going to pick it up but the pharmacy still hadn't received it. Went back to the surgery again and once more it was put through as an emergency for the next day. I rang the pharmacy this morning and yet again they haven't received it. This review is for Sue on reception. Thank you for her kindness and sensitivity. Update in February. One again, a deeply compassionate response from Sue. And for all the reception staff who have been unbelievably accommodating. A huge thank you to Dr Grant for his professionalism and advocacy.
It started off well but it soon returned to the bad old days. I am a carer and have looked after a lady for years. Because it's Easter we had to order her prescription early. She needs extremely powerful pain killers every day. Rang yesterday morning and was told the prescription has been upgraded an emergency. Rang around 4pm it's still with the doctor. What is the point of having a GP practice in our village when you can never ever get an appointment! What an absolute joke ! Might as well just close it down and convert it to a post office maybe would be more useful
