Carol is AMAZING & I rented a space from this company for about a year! Super great prices and the management overall is extremely helpful! I am definitely going to this place in the future for all of my storage needs!!
Great location. Clean and secure. Janie was extremely helpful! Very prompt in answering our questions and went above and beyond to even help us find a nearby hotel that was very nice and convenient. I cannot say enough great things about Branson Self Storage. We were checking in to a condo nearby around 8pm and were informed they wouldn’t be able to accept our trailer on the property. The guard gave us the business card for Branson Self Storage, but informed us they were closed and we’d have to leave it somewhere else for the night. I called them up and Carol answered hours after they closed. She was able to meet us at the location and accept the trailer and U-Haul! I have used Branson Self Storage for the last 3 1/2 years. The facility was always very clean. The location was convenient to where I lived. Carol was always easy to reach if needed and very helpful when we decided to move out of the unit. I would highly recommend Branson Self Storage for all your storage needs.
Owner was extremly helpful, very nice, clean, temp controlled, reasonably priced. One of the best storage facilities I have ever seen!! Highly recommend this place!
