I had Rob come out and to fix a furnace problem and he had it fixed in no time! I inquired about working on my slide out tarps because they were loose. He came back the next day and tightened those up and made everything work like it was brand new again. He just earned all my future business.

Here's the thing...When you own "stuff", things tend to go wrong with some of that "stuff". Not everything, all the time, but more likely a constant "parade" of this "something", and then the next "something". An RV presents a unique challenge. Not only does it carry people and items, it's also frequently in motion, traveling down the highway. Little bumps and movement may lead to disarray. Do not use Rob to caulk your RV. We saw all the good reviews and had him come caulk our Thor Axis Class A. When he showed up, he said he was sick, so we told him that he didn’t need to work on it, but he insisted saying “I’ve got to push through.” Sadly, you can see the results of what he did. He told us that he had a trick to fix it the following day, so we were hopeful. However, that was not the case. (Oddly, the side he did the second day looked much better, although it is a different color. He used a different product.) ... read more
