Once you buy the car you don't exist as a customer. I bought an Audi a4 2016 for £10000. Didn't checked the car properly and when I got home in Manchester I realised the windscreen, rear window have been replaced, front window was making a noise when lowered, one front sensor wasn't working. I bought the car for work and they refused to give me a refund or to give me another car to use and have this one repaired. I requested the refund one week of having the car.
