A completely abysmal experience and we didn’t even get to use them! Two days in a row of trying to get straight answers and book a flight, changing prices, shady answers – changing weight limits daily depending on which person was at the counter and being told by a pilot about my size that I needed to lose weight! (I’m 270 but not some mammoth not aware of my size – AND they advertise 300lbs per person) Rude, unprofessional treatment had us go down the road where Charter Chopper was a GREAT experience. I want to say thank you to the crew of Branson Helicopter Tours for such an amazing experience. From the moment we walked into their doors until the last one in our party landed, they provided EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my many questions lol. I have a son who has special needs, they made him feel right at home and one of “the gang”. He has talked non-stop about the helicopter ride and we can’t wait to do it again! This is a MUST DO TOUR when visiting Branson.
