A completely abysmal experience and we didn’t even get to use them! Two days in a row of trying to get straight answers and book a flight, changing prices, shady answers – changing weight limits daily depending on which person was at the counter and being told by a pilot about my size that I needed to lose weight! (I’m 270 but not some mammoth not aware of my size – AND they advertise 300lbs per person) Rude, unprofessional treatment had us go down the road where Charter Chopper was a GREAT experience.
