Not great to go to as they left me for nearly 5 hours after been involved in a hit and run and all swelling got worse as they had me waiting for ages we had told the nurses and doctor ive been in a hit and run and they wasn't hurrying up and they took ages to check on me so all swelling got worse
Went in at 2 pm Monday afternoon still for a waiting to be seen 6.30pm so slow I decided to time the doctors and nurses 3 patients a hour doesn't seem to be up to standard.
Brought my baby boy here a few times to be seen by the lovely nurse Becca, can’t do enough to help me or my baby. Very kind & sees me very quickly. The reception lady though was extremely rude not just to me but other patients. I’m nothing but polite to her but she kept snapping at me asking me to repeat myself over & over again. Apart from her it was a good experience here especially the fact I was seen very quickly thanks Becca xx from baby Andrews mum ❤️
In an out in two hours this morning an that was with an X-ray too very pleased
