Called for some information for an upcoming surgery from an unfortunate accident and was spoken to very rudely . Janine who answered the phone was very unprofessional and unpleasant for no reason .
Dr.Branovacki is an outstanding doctor who repaired an infected knee replacement from another facility (not associated with Midwest orthopedics). He was very professional ,caring and personable.He and his staff are top notch across the board. He will listen to you and make sure you are taken care of and protected . I tell everybody that has knee issues to go see Dr. Branovacki!
