They rebuilt my transmission in my 2003 Chevy Silverado, last year. I don't know why but first transmission went out around 100,000 miles. I had it rebuilt by someone else and it only lasted around 95,000 miles. I had passed Brannon's numerous times n discovered a friend of mine had just had his Silverado 4 wheel drive transmission rebuilt there, so decided to give them a try. Honest and great work.
Had transmission go out after 6.6k miles but still under Brannons warranty. They didn't fix it for 3 weeks. Had mass air flow sensor go out at same time and he charged me 127$ for the part and a 100$ labor! The (Audacity) to charge me anything at all after three weeks to make good on warranty!!! Extremely poor communication throughout process!
