I had a worst experience with Branning’s after a minor collision. There were below reasons for the same: - they took a month around to do the small repair, even then the work was not done properly. I had to return without taking my car as the moulding was not properly fixed, there was a painting error in the car, a chip to one side, badly done painting, door moulding was twisted... and the list is long. From start to finish, everyone was totally professional. Every question answered. Every call answered. Excellent service, I cannot thank them enough. Danielle and entire front desk made everything go seamlessly! The repairs and warranty are first class. I highly recommend Branning.
Branning in Freehold was wonderful. They communicated with us throughout the whole process and the work was performed well and professionally. Also, the workers at the front desk were so kind and helpful, especially Danielle! Added bonus is the building is really nice. You walk in and feel like you are in a professional place of business and not a rundown garage. Definitely recommend.
RecommendedBranning Collision Center was a pleasure to do business with. Justine maintained great communication throughout the entire repair process, letting us know status updates of insurance payments, car part delivery status and completion date updates on a regular 2x a week cadence. The shop manager Ivan very diligently addressed all concerns we had during our test drive after all repairs were complete, walked us through the car repairs and showed us the documentation of the before and after. I would absolutely recommend Branning!
