Lowball my property compared to the area property not recommended took my money
If you are selling a home you definitely DO NOT want to use this appraisal service. They appraised our home at $40,000.00 less than our asking price even though the buyer had agreed to our price. We had a 20'x24' enclosed building with concrete floor and power in which they said was only worth $4000.00 and an enclosed building around our well with power that they said was worth nothing even though it is concreted in to groundbecauconsidereportable building
