This firm handled my late fathers estate. Attorneys Gerald W. Brann, Matthew W. Brann and Richard D. Sheetz. Matthew Brann disagreed with my fathers last wishes (last will and testament) and effectively cut me out of the will. Matthew Brann then illegally deeded my rightful inheritance, a 50 acre farm to the co-executors. The co-executors then used the illegal deed to sign a gas and oil lease profiting $150,000.00. Firm made a clerical error on real estate closing of $5600.00. Therefore net proceeds in escrow were different than my documents. Plus didn't receive any interest for the 11 months; as agreed in writing.
