It is a sad thing when a doctor fails to provide any level of care to an extremely ill patient who arrives by ambulance. My husband was transferred from the ER at Ascension Seton Hays to Smithville. Dr Jokic failed to provide the ordered IV oxygen and IV antibiotics. In fact, he never bothered to walk in my husband's room for over 5 hours . I received long term care on 2 separate occasions from Dr Branislaw he was in attendance every day or would inform me who would be ...he was warm, caring, personable and genuine cares for his patients. Finest Dr and staff I ever experienced quality and exceptional care from. Highly recommend. Paula Paulette, Georgetown, TX have been blessed to be treated
Dr. Jokic actually sat and listened to my concerns. He helped put a plan together for me. I had a kidney stone and was in so much pain and anxiety. He was kind and knowledgeable.
After admittedly having too much to drink, I took a rather bad fall in my home: resulting in several contusions and what I thought at the time were broken ribs. While trying to get a little sleep in the ER, I was apparently moaning loudly - which caused one of the male ER doctors (whose name I am still researching) to come through my curtain and tell me, "You're drunk & I need you to shut up."
