We booked this on vrbo. The property itself is OK, albeit more dated and darker than the photos make it appear. The patio is nice. We did not utilize the hot tub. If you're going in the summer, please know that there is no A/C, nor ceiling fans, and very little insulation, so it quickly gets warm inside during the day, but is comfortable at night.
