With many years of experience leasing vehicles, it was refreshing to deal with Mr Rocco. Finally someone who doesn't talk to you like you are a 5 year old and recognizes the level knowledge one might have with certain vehicles. He took the time to get the best deal and options for me, and was a pleasure to deal with. Also finance department did not pull the typical pressure sale tactics on the other options and made the transaction simple and easy. Overall great experience
