Right from the start, I knew I was right where I needed to be. Susan made me feel comfortable and able to talk freely and honestly about my feelings. After listening to me, she was very warm and compassionate. When you are at the point in your life when you feel as though everyone you know and love has turned against you, it’s so heartwarming to find a sympathetic ear. Thank you Susan.
Dr. Branham is one of the best. I have had about 5 other Therapists. They all treated my trauma like " A Soap Opera" and never gave me useful feedback on improving. Dr. Branham is different. She was reassuring, patient and quick to deduced my situation. If you are going/been through a painful situation, I would recommend Dr. Branham in a heart beat. While she worked at UT Health she was almost always booked for 2 weeks. Make sure that you don't cancel an appointment, or you will have to wait.
Worst provider I have ever seen. I saw S Branham for several years for my 'general' healthcare needs. I never visited her that there was not some sort of confrontation with her being able to take care of my heath care needs. The last visit was the last straw when she refused to approve a new C-pap machine for me thru my C-pap machine and supply company because, or she told them, she had no knowledge of my sleep apnea, but told me it was because she didn't know my 'pressure' for the machine.
After waiting almost 2 hrs after appointment time, finally called back to doctor room and was told since it took so long to get called back I would need to bring my mom back on a different day in order to see the doctor because it was too late for the doctor to see us..........this was our first and last time there, trying to find a doctor for my mom and quickly realized this isn't the one for us, if they can't see you when you have an appointment scheduled how's it going to be when you need one
