Not the best and not the worst. Ever since the previous office lady left and Alexia took over maintenance never gets their work done. She is consistently condescending and lacks all accountability. She will mock you for work orders that they are legally responsible for as well. Maintenance team lacks knowledge of how to do tasks that they should know.
